The location is perfect, just a short walk from cabot circus and close to fantastic restaurants like farro for breakfast. My double room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff were super friendly and quick to help when we misplaced our key card.

comfortable stay with a few minor issues
The room was spacious and well-decorated. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore local attractions easily.
The breakfast options could have been more varied.

It is a modern hotel, everything is clean and fresh and spacious, it helps being a new hotel.
It is on a main road in the city therefore some traffic noise in rooms facing the road.

It is brilliantly located for our shopping trip with free parking right at the end of the m32 and right opposite the entrance to the Cabot Shopping Centre.
It would make things easier for first time visitors if it was made clear that the free parking is in the Cabot Shopping centre carpark which, coming from the m32 is immedidiately before the hotel; unless you must use the drop off car space.
